    Chairman

    Richard was one of the founding directors of TGA and has over 30 years' experience as a Chartered Building Services Engineer, having formerly been Managing Partner at TGA Consulting Engineers. Richard continues to have day-to-day involvement in all aspects of TGA and his knowledge within the industry and business skills continue to drive the service-led approach within TGA.

    Operations Director

    Keith joined TGA in 1996 having previously gained experience working alongside partners at Edwin Hill and Edwards Symmons & Partners. Keith has progressed through the company and now heads up the Building Surveying team, covering all aspects of surveys, project management, contract administration and professional services. Keith's experience includes commercial acquisition surveys undertaken throughout the UK and Europe and the management and administration of construction projects ranging in value from £50k to £25m.

    Director of Design & Construction Safety Risk Management

    Phil has worked in construction for over 25 years including at John Laing Construction, Gleeds and Mapeley Estates. Phil gained invaluable experience as Overlay Health & Safety Manager and Lead CDM Coordinator for LOCOG delivering the London 2012 Olympics and more recently provided health and safety training for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. Phil's role covers all aspects of construction health and safety risk management and compliance under the CDM Regulations 2015. Phil currently advises clients and designers on a wide range of projects, including site wide developments of up to £1bn in value.
