A Cat A fit-out of this 5,000 sq ft City of London office for the landlord, a German investment fund, for whom we provided project management and contract administration services.

Our role included preparing a suitable performance specification in conjunction with the building services engineer, contract procurement, negotiation and administration of the works. The scope was subsequently extended to include common part areas but working closely with the contractor we were able to deliver within the original programme and on budget.

We maintained regular communication and reporting to the client team, including building manager and letting agent, with works completed at fifth floor level within a fully occupied, multi-let seven storey building.
