TGA provided full CDM construction H&S consultancy services for this iconic Foster & Partners’ designed mixed use development.

Constructed on the waterfront along the south bank of the Thames, between Battersea and Albert bridges, this 500,000 sq ft development presented a raft of construction health and safety issues, bringing together four separate buildings linked by public spaces and access routes.

TGA worked closely alongside this world-leading architectural practice, together with engineers and contractors to safely deliver the project which has created a lively new urban quarter.

The development included the construction of 183 apartments, low-cost housing and resident’s basement parking, together with shops, business spaces, cafés and leisure facilities at ground level.
