TGA provided project management and contract administration for the School’s new subterranean aquatics and fitness centre constructed beneath the existing playground and new dedicated art building. Both facilities were constructed under a single traditional contract, retaining both Architects for each building.  

In addition, TGA managed, procured and administrated contracts for major refurbishment of the School’s existing Middle and High School Science facilities. All works were undertaken whilst the School remained fully operational.
