TGA were appointed to provide party wall surveyor services for the conversion of the former Davis Langdon & Everest headquarters into luxury residential apartments.  Works included extensive alterations, excavations, foundations and the construction of new upper floor penthouse accommodation.

Our experience with project management and contract administration enabled us to work alongside the development team, ensuring full compliance under the Party Wall etc. Act whilst preventing any delay to progression of works in-line with the project programme.

Adjoining owners included banks, commercial offices and retail, and Awards were negotiated and agreed with their appointed surveyors.  During the course of the works, we maintained active involvement with ongoing monitoring and liaison on neighbourly matters.
