A new dedicated student entrance was required by the School to safely segregate from the original main entrance used for vehicular access.

TGA worked alongside the project Architect during the design stage and introduced a landscape architect to compliment the overall design ready for tender.

Following receipt of tenders and contractor negotiations, we managed the contract placement and administration to deliver the new entrance, which included new ramped access and external student seating areas.
‍
The project was delivered within a tight summer holiday programme, in time for the new academic year and below the original contract sum.
