Providing full Employer’s Agent services under a Design & Build contract, we worked in partnership with the Project Manager to deliver this new facility for the School within the South Downs National Park and existing historic site.  

This was the School’s first new building in 30 years and has delivered a sector-leading facility incorporating 25m six lane pool and four court sports hall.  Construction by one of the UK’s largest contractors includes glulam and CLT structures, solar power and green roof technology.
